BAPTIST HEALTH FOOD SERVICES · ANDROID 11 OR LATER · TEST v0.1.2
SUNMI built-in printer
This adapter adds SUNMI Built-in to Android’s printer list and connects it to the terminal’s native SUNMI printer service.
Install this on the SUNMI terminal. This is a test build: physical printer compatibility and output still need to be verified on your device.
Download Casa SUNMI Print
Update the installed adapter
Install version 0.1.2 over the existing Casa SUNMI Print app, then reload Baptist Health POS in Fully Kiosk. No uninstall is needed.
This update sends one customer check with one final cut on the 80 mm printer. It removes blank space around PDF pages, combines long checks into one receipt and makes transparent backgrounds white. No merchant copy is added.
One-time setup for this adapter
- Download and install the APK on the SUNMI, then open Casa SUNMI Print.
- Tap Open Printing settings and enable Casa SUNMI Print.
- Return to the adapter. Its status should say Ready. Tap Open test printer list, choose SUNMI Built-in, and print the test slip.
- In Baptist Health POS, use Print to any printer and choose the same printer.
If the adapter says the native service was not found, or the printer is unavailable, report the displayed device model and status. A printer name in the list alone does not prove that hardware is connected.
Fully Kiosk’s JavaScript interface must be enabled for the Baptist Health POS print button to call fully.print(). Its own Print toolbar command can also open the Android printer picker.
The adapter uses no network access, database credentials, saved preferences or receipt files. Android retains responsibility for its normal print spool. Failed or uncertain jobs are not automatically resent; check the paper before retrying.
To remove this test integration, disable or uninstall Casa SUNMI Print. Other printer services remain available.
